We're not looking for perfect CVs. We're looking for great people. Already worked in sports retail or ski rental? Great. Coming from hospitality, a hotel or somewhere completely different? That's fine too. We can teach you products and processes – personality, reliability and enjoying working with people are what you should bring. If you love winter sports, use your initiative, aren't afraid to jump in when things get busy and prefer being part of a team rather than doing your own thing, we might be a pretty good fit.

Different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds are part of what makes working here special. Where you come from doesn't matter to us. How you fit into the team does. There is one thing we all need to share, though: a common language.
German is our main team language and essential for giving our guests the personal service we stand for. That's why you need to speak German confidently and fluently – minimum B2, ideally C1.
English and any other languages? Big plus.
FULL-TIME (40h) / PART-TIME (Minimum 20h)
Do you love skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports? Then this could be the perfect job for you. In this position, you'll advise guests on skis, ski boots, snowboards, and rental equipment. You'll help ensure that every customer is perfectly equipped for their time on the slopes and leaves with a great experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising guests on ski and winter sports equipment
- Assisting customers in the ski rental department
- Issuing and receiving rental equipment
- Supporting ski and ski boot fitting processes
- Product presentation and shop organisation
- Working closely with a motivated team
What You Bring
- Passion for winter sports
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Team spirit and reliability
- Motivation to learn new skills
- Fluent German (minimum B2) is required
- English and other languages are a plus
- Experience in sports retail is helpful but not required
