Yoga Nidra:

• Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation for deep relaxation, stress relief, and well-being – all without physical exertion
• Schedule: Monday, 7:00 or 8:00 PM, weekly

• Price: € 30.00 (45 min)

   

Senses Awareness:

• An experiential workshop packed into a journey through the five senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting
• Schedule: Tuesday, 7:00 PM, every 2 weeks

• Price: € 30.00 (approx. 90 min)

   

Breathing & Mindfulness:

• Beginner's workshop – dive into the world of mindfulness and breathing and discover how to develop more inner strength, focus, and calmness in your daily life
• Schedule: Tuesday, 7:00 PM, every 2 weeks

• Price: € 30.00 (approx. 60 min)

   

Soundbath:

• Soothing sounds – let the power of vibrations guide you to greater balance of body and mind, stress relief, and inner peace
• Schedule: Wednesday, 7:00 or 7:30 PM, weekly

• Price: € 30.00 (approx. 90 min)

   

Morning Meditation:

• Start your day with calmness through a meditation session
• Schedule: Thursday, 7:00 AM, weekly

• Price: € 15.00 (approx. 30 min)

   

Breathwork - Connected Breathing:

• Discover the power of breathing and learn techniques to reduce stress and release inner blockages
• Schedule: Thursday, 7:00 PM, weekly
